I felt like the blood test she did was inappropriate. It was for anaphylactic shock which should have been preformed within 24 hours of my allergic reaction. Furthermore, when walking into the office you could smell strong perfume, which made me start sneezing and my throat was already so swollen. When in the back you could smell perfume stronger. In the pre-appointment form it states not to wear perfume because of allergies to others. I know I’m allergic to a lot more stuff than what was tested for. I wasn’t prescribed any medication for my allergies even after stating I was out of the medication I needed to help my throat from closing more. I could barely talk and expressed I couldn’t eat solids and she recommended a GI. Which I understand, but she could have helped more than she did. I feel like this appointment was to take my money and not address my concerns. The assistant was far more helpful than the doctor. She didn’t appear to be a doctor with the huge eyelashes not profession
We had a great experience with Dr. Coleman. She was informative and personal and helped us understand my daughter's diagnose clearly. I will be back next month for an allergy test for myself and my son!
