Explaining by using MRI diagrams how the issue developed and suggested trying a steroid injection that would chart the need for surgery. Very personable . I feel comfortable with his prognosis.

Dr Carter tells you what the problems are and what needs done to fix it really great. He shows you the MRI and points out the problem. He answers all questions they you may have, by showing you either the MRI or showing you pictures that he draws on a piece of paper or relating your problem towards something that you can relate & asks you if there is anymore before leaving you. When you leave you feel confident that he will do the surgery really great !

He answers questions and even put little trivia in my patient notes like “talkative”. I almost fainted when I saw that little note in his medical write-up. Answers honestly and that is appreciated. Dr Carter was very good about explaining treatment options for the issue with my hip.

Honest about my options. Took time to listen to me and work with me about my job, and time to get the surgery to get me back to being 100%.

My 85 year old mother-in-law went to Dr. Carter last year in August. She had surgery for a pinched nerve in her neck and she is doing wonderful. I know that I am in great hands.

He didn’t listen to anything I had to say, he came into the room, did not introduce himself. He continuously cut me off in the middle of my sentences, telling him about my concerns. Dr. Carter was just overall rude.
