Dr. Chen is one of the most caring and nice doctors I’ve ever had in my life. She did my brain surgery. I’ve had some post surgery mental trauma combined with a Long Covid diagnosis. It’s unfortunately resulted in a PTSD diagnosis. I went back to see her because she always said if I needed anything after the surgery to reach out, Well I went back and saw her because I recently had some balance issues along with everything else I’ve been going through mentally. The 1st thing she did when I got a little emotional was gave me a big hug, I really needed that. She’s such a nice person and doctor with an unbelievable bedside manner. She really does care about her patients. I highly recommend her as a surgeon.
Fr Chen is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. Her medical and professional towards her patients is what makes her so special. She listens to ur questions and takes the time to answer them so understand. She is a great person!! .
I am so impressed with Dr. Chen. Her explanation of my issue was she was able to convey the medical aspects in word I understood. She readily answered my Many question and I never felt rushed.
