Dr Patel took time with both of us. Did not rush us & he listened to what we asked of him. And he had a plan for my husband. First time seeing him so he obviously read the info in our charts. Very impressed just by that.

Doctor came in just to tell me he wanted to get me on a monitor- less than 2 minutes that could have been a secretary over the phone. Then there are no monitors available for a month. This is after this so called appt was moved back a month. I really think that if I’m billed for an appt for yesterday it may be the last you see of me, this with many other questionable things that all 3 of your offices have done makes me question how professional this whole business is.
