I had to wait over an hour from the time I entered the office and before I saw the doctor. There weren't that many people in the waiting room.

Dr. Payne was efficient and gracious. The waiting time was extremely long, however. After being put in a treatment room, I waited over an hour before the doctor came in to see me.
