Dr. Jackson explained very thoroughly the lump on my hand and how it can be treated. Now I need to schedule the procedure

I appreciated Dr. Jackson's calm spirit and his ability to share briefly and clearly what my options would be. He spoke in terms I could easily understand. I trust his expertise and appreciate his caring demeanor.

Found out in short order what the problem was with my left hand. Dr. Jackson explained the whole diagnosis, what to expect, and how the several options could be implemented if the contracture continues to be problematic. Impressed with the time he took to educate me and his professional manner.

I went there for a consult only so far and from what I saw and heard from everyone in that office I was very impressed and happy I was sent to them

I'm not happy bec I can't use my left little pinky finger for anything at my work bec has to wear blue glove like nurse use it will feel pressure n can't bump it it will hurt like crazy n also don't want get oil into it.

Very knowledgeable, but his approach was very condescending. Leave whatever is bothering you at the door when entering the patient room. We pay big money plus co pays and therefore our questions and concerns need to be treated with respect.

Visited for a problem on my hand. Doctor did a quick look at my hand, told me what it was and said nothing needed to be done. I told him I was experiencing inflammation and irritation radiating out from the problem area and that it bothered me. He offered no explanation as to why I was feeling these sensations or what to do about it. He seemed eager to move on to his next patient.

Had my visit yeasterday. doctor Jackson is always very professional.I’m on my way to surgery and he explained the whole process very thoroughly. I have complete confidence that all will go very well.

We recently had Dr Jackson at an urgent care visit. He was very attentive and answered all questions. He did not rush though our appointment and even checked back in to ensure I received his schedulers card.

Concerned however that nurse did not wear any gloves to wrap my husband's hand after her received 6 injections in it leaving 6 puncture wounds and continued using gauze that had dropped on the floor to wrap his hand!!

1st time, very good appointment. Checked out my problem, gave me an agreeable way to go about solving it. Very satisfied with resolution at this point.

I had injections in both thumbs for arthritis. They are usually extremely painful but Dr Jackson took his time and injected the medication slowly so there was much less pain! Really nice guy!

Good consultation. Injected cortisone slowly to reduce pressure/pain from the injection.

My injection was not as difficult as I thought it would be. Dr. Jackson was kind with the way he administered the injection into my thumb area.
