Thank you Dr Steven, you did your job to the number my Ankle feels good and stable I have to work on my small details on it. However your support STAFF sucks. I went to see you and I was in good mood the only think I want ed to say to you was thank you. But I sat there and I witnessed this I had an appointment yesterday scheduled for 1520, but I was not seen until 1625. During that time, I noticed multiple people being called in and out, and I could see that several others were visibly upset as well.
I want to be clear that I have no issue with Dr. Stevens, as I respect the care provided. However, every time I visit the Shipyard office, there always seems to be some issue. On previous visits, I’ve experienced disrespectful behavior, such as staff sucking their teeth at me, which I found unprofessional.
As a retired paramedic with combat experience, I understand what good care and professionalism look like. Unfortunately, I’ve observed staff moving around without purpose or communicatio

If you’re unfortunate enough to have a traumatic injury THIS is the guy you want on your side. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, he’s also kind and attentive. He took the time to explain everything pre—op and then explain the plan of care post op. I’m thankfully healing very well and it’s because of him. Again, I hate that I met him, but also this was the absolute best doc to have in my corner!
