This was NOT a follow up…this was my annual eye exam , yearly, which my insurance covers completely. I was told it was also a follow up and wanted to charge me $45.00…I specifically scheduled my annual eye exam, not a follow up. I saw a specialist for that. So I do not want a $45.00 bill in the mail. I know the drill…and I know I didn’t schedule a follow up.
It was a great appointment, he is kind, competent, warm and even funny!

As a health care personnel, I could tell that Trent was very knowledgeable, seems to love his job, very jovial, took time to explain my condition with pictures/images of what’s going on in my eye and comparing it with previous years, I appreciate you Trent.
