I arrived a few minutes early for my 9:00 am appt and waited a full hour before I was seen for a five minute visit. Not happy.

Friendly and informative. He listens. He's not pushy about immediate surgery. He allows you to make the final decision as to when you might want to schedule surgery. He answers all questions. He takes your questions, concerns, and information all into consideration to determine the most practical treatment course for you.
