Travis M. Hecker, M.D.

As a nurse myself, to say I’m extremely picky about the Dr I see. I do research on them to the best of my ability. I was extremely pleased with this Dr and his staff. They made me feel like one of their family. He explained everything to me in terms anyone could understand and his bedside manner is over the top to say the lest. I wish a lot of other Dr would take lessons from him.

Worst doctor I ever seen.

So far he was unable to help me. He is very courteous and friendly. Even though we did state several times that I'm allergic to Lyrica, he kept trying to medicate with this. He stated that there was no other medication he could prescribe me and he did not do opiods. Which I understand with all the fraud going on. But surgery for myself is out of question since they are giving me only 60% of maybe reducing the pain. I will have to think about his surgery and get back to him.

Compassionate friendly and very professional

Dr. Hecker is a very competent Physician. Yet more important to me and my very long suffering with multiple spinal surgeries, Dr. Hecker out of many Doctors I've seen over the past 15 years, is the only one who's actually helping me have a better ability to be in less pain. I would say he is giving me back my life. That makes him very caring to his patients.

Very thorough and empathetic.

Dr Hecker picked up where my last pain management physician left off when he moved away. He picked up where my former doctor left off and has provided great care.

I did not recently visit. I have quit Envision pain management because the epidural I received did not work at all! I was told that could happen, But when I saw Emily for my follow up she said it was because Dr. Travis had given me the wrong epidural.

It’s impossible to communicate with the medical personnel. Can’t even leave messages for the PA even though I was instructed to “call” if I had questions. I was told the only way to communicate is to make an appointment and come into the office. Every thing there is based on total confusion. I made office visits over several months for different types of injections and nothing worked. They have absolutely no empathy for their patients. Worst medical experience of my entire life. Stay away from these clueless fakes.

Dr Hecker was very nice and thoughtful. He seems to genuinely care about making a plan to help my back pain. I got a pain injection today and he was very gentle. I am excited for future visits to maybe get back to a normal life pain free. The office staff were very nice and efficient. Highly recommend.

Excellent I’ve been to hundred doctors it is nice to finally find one that will listen to you and really wants to help with pain. The nurses are great also tell everyone to go envision pain,thanks.
