She answered all my questions. She was upbeat, even cheerful, & kind.

I find doctor Ng to be very knowledgeable and she has an excellent bedside manner. She gives you all the information you need and is accepting of any questions you may have. She is kind and gentle with a great personality. I have been going to her for years and will continue for as long as I need to.

Dr. Ng is an awesome doctor. Her attention to detail and knowledge of my prior visits are impeccable. Her bedside manner make me feel like we were just hanging out.

Always pleasant, always efficient. Dr. Ng listens to all your concerns, and answers all your questions. She and her staff are the best! Sometimes there is a long wait, but that is because she’s giving each and every patient the care they need.

Dr.Ng is the best

On a regular visit to my primary care provider, I mentioned that I had knee pain that was limiting normal activities but dismissed it as something to live with as part of aging. She said I might not have to live with that and referred me to Dr. Ng. On my visit with Dr. Ng, she rushed through the visit, said my symptoms were mild, and to take Tylenol, compared me to her father complaining of painful joints, and rushed out of the room. When I had asked about an injection, Dr. Ng said to wait on that. Wait for what? I'm an active 70 year old and want to continue to be active. Wait until I'm an inactive 90 year old suffering from liver damage? In a word, I found Dr. Ng dismissive.

I’ve never had a physician that was so intuned to my issue and provided the best results. Following knee replacement surgery, I did not have any pain. I am 12 days following surgery and still have no pain. I am walking using the cane occasionally.

I wish she would have given me stretching exercises to continue doing. She just said I need to stretch my knee to help with the discomfort. I’m done with PT.

Dr Ng has that magical combination of talent, knowledge, and a wonderful bedside manner.

Phenomenal Doctor!!

Previous experience was very informative and helpful which is why I returned, but my recent appointment was rather upsetting. The appointment was rushed and I was not properly attended to. Firstly Dr. Tracy entered the room without even knowing what patient/issue they were attending, I don’t believe I was actually listened to when I tried to explain my situation, and the solutions to my knee issue were vague and overall dismissive. Didn’t feel like I was being heard which is a very important aspect in seeking medical attention. Felt like very surface level information to get myself/other patients in and out as fast as possible. I understand that Dr. Tracy may have a lot of responsibilities to tend to, but I would have rather been rescheduled than to receive this type of care.

Tracy is without a doubt a very professional doctor and surgeon. She is an asset to your practice. She allows the patient the quality time needed to answer. Very important questions with regards to surgery. Thanks.

I think she is the best. Recovering from knee replacement and had my two week post op today. Everything going well and she answered all of my questions about expectations and protocols until our next visit. My experience at Doctors Hospital was so comfortable the day of surgery from the time I checked in until the time I left that afternoon!!! I have the glue and surgical tape vs staples or stitches on the incision which I think will have a neater outcome. Highly recommend Dr Ng, her office staff and her hospital team!!! Never felt like a number in a pact of patients. I had each team members attention the entire time!! She replaced my hip this past March and I was rehabilitated in no time back to playing golf and even tennis!!! I cannot wait to get back to it again.
