My appointment was at 10;20, I did not get called back until 11;40. I did not see the doctor until 11;50. Too long of a wait time for me.

I felt like I had waited quite awhile for her. She acted like I knew her, it was my first time having her and I felt she should have introduced herself better.

Too much time wasted waiting! To get called then too much time to see Dr Quick. Happens all the time!!

My questions were answered and ask staff were pleasant and professional. The reason for 4 not 5, everyone, including Dr Krick, was very impersonal, sorry of plastic professional, disconnected.

She’s the best eye doc I’ve ever had.

Her staff made numerous mistakes. Good thing I asked. And she did try to explain and give me correct aftercare instruction the day after mistakes. She forgot to put the first eyedrops in my eye, or else again, a staff member lied to me.

This was my first visit to the St. Paul Eye Clinic in Woodbury. Beginning at the front desk, the nurse that tested my vision, to Dr.Crick who rendered the diagnosis, I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and concern for the patient. I made an appointment to return for my next annual check-up.

the visit was expected. I wish we had more time discussing other symptoms I reported more thoroughly. I felt rushed.

She was great. Only some confusion when the nurse told me my prescription had changed significantly and the dr said she had typed in the same numbers as a prior prescription. I wished there had been a little more questioning or digging to see if the wrong numbers were keyed into the machine

Friendly, Thorough, Great Dr!

Dr. Krisk explained more about my AMD than the retina specialists did. She is very knowlegable about eye problems. By telling me that my blood vessels behind my retina were bleeding, I quickly discontinued Eliquis blood thinner. My almost totally blind right eye was improving within two days. I hope it continues and the left eye will not bleed either. What the retina specialist told me and didn't tell me gave me the wrong impression about any treatment. Thank you Dr. Krick
