Had read reviews beforehand, and specifically picked to see Dr Jakob. Her office told me she was very busy and would not be able to address both of my concerns but when she came to meet me she asked me about both and I didn’t feel rushed. She listened attentively and never minimized my symptoms. She gave clear explanations and future steps in case the treatment didn’t work.

She received her medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1987.
She stayed in Dallas completing her general surgery internship and otolaryngology- head and neck surgery residency training at Southwestern in 1993.
