Dr. Jakob took her time and asked lots of questions. She gave thorough, reasonable advice and was very gentle and sweet with my 6yo. Best experience with an ENT we've had!

She challenged me on a few things I said. I'm still confident that my answers were honest as far as I recall them.

Office extremely busy . My time with the doctor rushed. Would have liked more explanation of medical plans regarding my issue.

Warm and interested

Really wish they would call you to tell you how much it would be before your appointment. Like I asked them to. But it is what it is. My appointment was at 2:30 and I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen and my appointment lasted 5 minutes. Told them I was pregnant ahead of time on the form you fill out online. Could’ve also called and told me there was nothing y’all could do for me now. Waisted time and money. I dk if I’ll be back there or not. Just upset right now.
