I was highly disappointed as a new patient on not so much the Doctor but overall the staff. I say this because I arrived at 3:20 early knowing I won’t go back until my scheduled time which was 4:00. As time passed I patiently waited until 4:21 to ask how much longer because I had been there before others thinking they maybe running behind. (Being in healthcare) Front desk girl says they are waiting for a room. Was brought back at 4:45!!!! Then the Dr didn’t come into the room until about 5:15!!! I had to be at a meeting at 6!! I could not believe this but I was the last to leave !! They had some lights off ready to close I presume. The Dr stated she was unaware and I felt cheated on time because I had to leave and didn’t get to ask more questions. The staff said we never run this behind. I guess that was the reason or excuse. I don’t even want to go back but I already started the process and had to take time off work. So maybe someone else may have a better experience.

Dr Jakob has been my ENT for 18 years. I moved an hour and a half away in 2017 and still make the 3 hour round trip drive to see her. She cares about her patients and delivers great results
