Very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. By that I mean he was not dismissive or condescending. I felt his position on where I stand with my current situation gave me hope that my problem could be resolved. He didn't sugarcoat it, this is going to be difficult, but he also told me I am doing the right things NOW. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Walker.
