Doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and completely put my mind at ease going into the operation. The surgery itself went perfectly, and the post-operative care and communication have been top-notch.
Thanks to their incredible skill and the support of their amazing team, my recovery is going smoothly and I am already well on the mend. If you are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and professional orthopedic surgeon, look no further!

Seems confident. Also in a hurry. Didn’t come by after surgery to tell me how it went or anything. He did stop be before hand for questions.

This visit was an utter waste of my time. Another Dr. at the core told me he could not help me and specifically asked me very deliberate questions to see if Dr. Nguyen would be willing and able to help me. I was told once he explained my situation to the Dr. he would get in touch to schedule an appointment if he agreed that he could help. Very excited for some relief from what I'm going through, I went to my appointment today & the good Dr. had no idea about anything regarding myself or my situation. He then proceeded to tell me that this was not something he would or could help with, then referred me to yet another Dr. So either the first doctor didn't bother relaying any of this information, or he did relay this information and neither of them have any interest at all in prioritizing patients and what is best or easiest for them. It's like a drive up oil change- get them in and get them out as quickly as you can. There was no interest at all in my well being, or my immediate needs.

Bedside manner made me anxious just before surgery. Just before going into surgery he said, “You do understand all the risks of surgery.” I said yes and he left the room. I then started crying. Between his nurse not returning calls about medications prior to surgery and my last encounter with him just before surgery, I hope they realize that surgery does give people anxiety. Having a warmer demeanor can help to relieve stress and anxiety on the part of the patient. This was not my first knee surgery and I have had doctors ease anxiety just from their warm bedside manner. I am sure he is a wonderful surgeon, but both he and those that work for him, taking the patient into consideration would have made my experience much better.
