Always a pleasure to see him. Very friendly and nice.
I didn’t see Dr Chu this visit. I had a test done. I had to wait almost 40 minutes to be called in for the test, but the technician was professional.
Great doctor
Very informative
Wonderful dr. He explains everything and he's very informative.
Dr. Chu is personable, takes time to explain, and sets goals for me as needed.
Best..
I highly recommend Dr Chu, as a retired professional medical practitioner myself,it always amazes me to be on the receiving end of a highly intuitive and competent physician. Dr. Chu always takes his time listening and advising. He is unrushed and shows sincere concern, most importantly finding solutions relevant to the clients needs.
Had to hit one star just to get into your system . I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and never got into my appointment. I watched people come in after me walk right in.in less than 10 minutes ( not all but a couple). So disheartening. The excuse I was told was because it was a big day with a lot of testing. Your office clearly needs to manage appointment scheduling better. Our time is valuable too. I waited to get this appointment, I came early as requested and I waited entirely too long. The girls at the front ignore people coming in to check in. A lot of complaints from the waiting room. Better attention should have been made. I left. You charge people if they cancel appointments, yet you make people wait entirely too long. Not right.
