Excellent bed-side manner…..but disappointing 2hrs late. No more afternoon appointments for me. He was worth the wait though….just providing requested feedback. 😁

Tom was awesome. Very down to earth and kept it real with me. He spoke about different treatment methods (conservative vs aggressive) benefits of both. What might be the best option for me work life/ social life. Very detailed examination. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor for my injury

I didn’t see the doctor today but was very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. He did an excellent job. His nurse took out my stitches today and she did an excellent job too.

Would like to see more patient education before and after surgery as to what to expect and what the procedure actually consists of. Teaching about proper positioning of sling and fit. Also ideas on how to position one’s arm and shoulder postoperative for the best support and pain relief. The pain was excruciating and I’m almost four weeks out and could use an opioid especially on days I have PT. I do understand that opioid dependence is a huge concern but I don’t think two a day is too much to ask for at least 6 weeks out. Every one is very helpful and Tanner is great too.
