Dr. Todd Volkman graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Volkman completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his fellowship training in acute spine care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Volkman is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in surgery of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, including microdiscectomy, fusion, and reconstruction. He is a member of most area hospital staffs.
