Dr Philips is wonderful. Its his surgery scheduler an PA dept that I am so disappointed and upset with.
My surgery is being delayed AGAIN, this the third time due to their lack of not doing their jobs.
My CT scan was denied due to the dx codes for shoulder pain, not for complete rotated cuff, not once but twice and also the surgery PA expired 12/2025.
I repeatedly asked to please have the dx codes change so it can be approved by insurance.
Also I need to go to 19th avenue, which is extremely far since I live almost to Apache Junction.

Due to many health issues, I have seen a lot of doctors, Dr. Phillips has to be one of the kindest, most understanding, compassionate doctors I have ever come across! He is very thorough and listens to everything you have to say and makes sure that you completely understand what is happening before you leave his office. I am forever grateful for The care he took of me during my surgery and after care! Thank you so much, Dr. Phillips.
