Following his fellowship training, Dr. Peterson returned to Iowa, where he currently serves on the faculty of special medicine at Des Moines University in addition to his duties at Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. Dr. Peterson is a sought-after lecturer both at the local and national level.
Dr. Peterson strives to educate, advocate, and provide outstanding care for every patient who entrusts him with their orthopaedic concerns. Outside of medicine, he is active in his church and enjoys spending family time with his wife and their children.

So friendly, knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need to explain everything also very accomplished at what surgery I’m having.

Very nice , explained everything so I could understand. Gave me a cortisone injection to help with inflammation and pain. Injection helped. But raised my blood sugar way high was sick from it most the night.
