First time patient. I wish Dr Johnson had introduced himself when he came in, but otherwise he was great.
My knee feels much better!
We weren’t informed of their schedule running very late. Had to ask twice when my 98 mother would be seen. Everyone was going in before her. I think she was the only person left in the waiting room. The receptionist was apologetic & went to get the status. She explained the other dr.s also were there & just not enough rooms for patients. Mom wanted to reschedule. I was told that Mondays are always like that & we made an appt.a different day of the wk. I think it would be helpful when patients make appts. over the phone they are informed of the schedules.
Takes very good care of me. Thanks to all.
Professional staff, friendly. Doctor Johnson was personable, detailed, and knowledgeable.
Thanks for the second opinion. It was right on .
Complete confidence in the team doctor and nurses
Great doctor and Chelsi is an exceptional nurse!
I have worked with Dr Johnson since 2013 when I had my first knee replacement. I know him to be very attentive to my complaints And concerns as was true today. He spends time to explain xray findings, and next step in treatment . He allowed to be part of my treatment plan. I have full trust in Dr Johnson and will continue to utilize him and his expertise in any of my orthopedic needs.
Very, Explained information about my conditions and the entire staff was very concerned and helpful toward my needs.Very Nice Clinical Staff ***** Thanks! OSMC *****
