Great care on my painful foot and perfect "bedside manner"

Dr Haddon is extremely thorough. He explains what is happening and what he will do to correct the problem. Approximately 10 years ago he operated on my husbands heal which was like a puzzle broken in 10 or more pieces. It was next to impossible to think that he would ever walk again, but he is and without any side effects.

I met with Dr. Haddon for the first time today. He was professional and immediately made me feel at ease. He was able to dx and answer all of my questions with lots of patience. A ++ in my experience!!

Quoted $70 for medical equipment paid in full, then they back-billed insurance for $480. 5 months of phone calls and waiting on hold with blling department.. no resolution, they say the bill is correct and can't be changed, and will send to collections. very dishonest practice.

A little over a year ago, while I was in the hospital for the third time within a year, Dr. Haddon, who was filling in for my regular doctor at the time, asked me what I wanted, and t said not to return to the hospital. At the same time he told me that my problem could be fixed with a relatively easy out-patient surgery. I switched to him that day and have never been disappointed. He's known for being thorough, and that includes the scope of his advice. I bought new shoes, orthotics and other devices that all work well and resulted with no more sores on my feet! Thank you Dr Haddon.

Dr. Haddon...after looking at my foot ulcer problem suggested that I go to a board certified Pedorthist he knows to be fitted with foot wear that could help relieve the friction on my feet that is causing the problem instead of carving on my feet every 2 weeks like my former podiatrist has done.

My whole experience from the "supposed' emailed paperwork thru OrthoAz for my initial consultation with Dr. Haddon to the end results of needing an MRI has been Awfully Fustrating! DR. HADDON IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN WORTH my energy. I've complained about every aspect of my experience with this group East Valley Orthopedic from the beginning when l wasn't told what l was signing on a tablet to learn via email that l signed an email waiver in order to accept unsecured emails!
