Went to my 1 o’clock appointment for a procedure I was supposed to have. Found out that morning from a text from walgreens that I had a prescription waiting for me for an antibiotic for my UTI, which I did not know that I had.( had left a urine sample the week before ) I had wanted to speak to Dr. handler about this as to whether or not I should still have a procedure for an overactive bladder being that I had a UTI. She never once called me back so I went to the office at 1 o’clock was told that there was an hour and a half delay, but that they were still planning on doing the procedure. I could not believe my ears. that she was still planning on doing the procedure when I had a UTI I asked for her to call me back and she never did. I am very disappointed, upset and frustrated with this whole experience. I booked this appointment two months in advance, and I was looking forward to having this procedure done. I should’ve been notified that morning that I had a UTI.
