Dr. Toby Handler and her staff were very professional and took me on as a patient in a very timely manner. There wasn't a long waiting time and everything went very smoothly in terms of my experience. Dr. Handler was very pleasant and thorough in the way she answered my questions and in the way she conducted her business.
