With extensive experience in the field of sports medicine, Dr. Petsche offers the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments. Patients receive comprehensive diagnosis and treatment options, with risks and benefits discussed. Patients also receive extensive education so they can make informed decisions based on their own health and expectations.
Dr. Petsche works with a team that includes medical assistants, nurses, physician assistants, and others to provide the best comprehensive care. Each team member works closely with physical and occupational therapists to help patients regain pain-free range of motion, strength, and function after injury or surgery.
An athlete himself, Dr. Petsche prides himself as someone who athletes and sports enthusiasts can relate to. From participation in such youth sports as baseball, football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics and golf, Dr. Petsche went on to compete in All-State and All-American springboard diving in high school. At the University of Michigan, Dr. Petsche was an accomplished Division 1 athlete, and member of the swim and diving team that went on to win four consecutive Big Ten championships during his tenure. Today, Dr. Petsche enjoys golf, mountain bike riding, disc golf, swimming, lifting weights, water and snow skiing, wake surfing, badminton, pickleball, and hiking.

Great doctor! Went very in depth with his evaluation and asked plenty of questions and you could tell he actually wanted me to get better and solve the issue at hand that was going on with me.

Tim is a true professional, great at explaining, he will patiently answer all of your questions to make sure understand his assessment and your treatment options. His surgery skills are the best! Already feeling great the day after knee surgery. I highly recommend Tim and FVO! The nurses take great care of you as well!

Dr. Petsche is truly an outstanding doctor. He went over and above what other doctors do. He added my son in for surgery and took time to explain what was done. Because my son was sway at school he even arranged a teleconference so we could discuss his MRI and recommendations. His staff , scheduling and nurses were all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Petsche.
