Dr. Petsche is clearly knowledgeable, and he referenced statistics and studies with ease. However, my low rating reflects the way that knowledge was delivered. At times, it felt less like he was trying to support the patient and more like he was showcasing what he knew, rather than offering empathy or understanding. He also made assumptions and stereotypical comments that were unnecessary and, incorrect. His delivery lacked warmth, especially when telling a patient that their season was over.
Additionally, the front desk staff were chatting among themselves, which didn’t create a welcoming environment for a new patient.

Explain all my options and told me one couldn't be selected because of diabetes, exam was through and showed me what is causing the pain and why it affects me more in the morning
