He came across as very knowledgeable, but can be blunt.
Dr. O’Malley is one of the best ENT doctors I have ever worked with!
Doctor O’Malley and his staff are great.
Explains issues in detail and in manner that you can understand. Very personable.
The surgery went great it’s now 15 days later and you can’t see the scar. Dr O’mally is amazing.
Dr. O’Malley listens, cares and tries to get to the bottom of complicated problems.
Very good
I had a hard time getting an appointment. I called and was left on hold for 15 minutes minutes. Then it said leave a message and I did. No call back from the office in 3 days. I went to the office and got my appointment. Then I was called and they rescheduled my appointment. They said Dr was not going to be there. Ok, then I went in for my new apartment and on time and waited over a half an hour. BUT, patients that came after my appointment was taken right away. NO one explained were they running behind. Nothing was said to me, the front desk were busy hugging each other and laughing with each other. When I went up to reschedule my appointment I was told to call back later and not very pleasantly told. I have seen doctor before and never had this situation. Well that's my story.
HE WAS REASSURING AND COMFORTING AS i GOT SOME UNCOMFORTABLE NEWS ABOUT MY EAR.
He was very patient and careful while cleaning my 4year old son’s ears. He put my husband and I at ease seeing how carefully he was cleaning his ears.
