This office and doctor are WLWAYS BEHIND! Be prepared to wait. This doctor doesn’t talk much. Only saw him for 10 minutes, 3 for exam, 5 of him just writing quietly, and 2 of him finally saying what he thought was wrong and to come back in a month. Will be finding a new ENT immediately. My time is also important and waiting HOURS past my scheduled appointment time is unacceptable

The whole staff was very friendly! The hearing test lady explained things very well. Dr. O'Malley was very thorough and explained things very well as he did a thorough evaluation on my ears to find out why I was loosing my hearing suddenly. It's been 2 days and today I am starting to notice a slight improvement on my right ear - Yay! Thank you all for the kind, courteous, and thoroughness to get me feeling better for my daughter's wedding this weekend!

Dr. O'Malley is very professional and gets down to business while being friendly. My one complaint is with the practice - they require a visit to discuss results of a test, even if normal, rather than discuss via phone. It seems unnecessary, and a way to collect for an office visit.

Doctor O’Malley listened to what I said and he explained my problem very well. He went over treatment options and presented a clear plan of action.

After visiting the local emergency room with my son we found he had an infection on his tonsils. The Doctor in the emergency room was nice to recommend Dr. O'malley, who agreed to fit us in their schedule and see us that day. Everyone in the office was extremely nice from the office manager to the nurses. Everything was explained in detail. They prescribed us an antibiotic after seeing my son. I was totally pleased with the level of service we received. Thank you Dr. O'Malley and staff.

Dr. O'Malley performed superbly on my ear canal removing the earwax while giving me a deep cleaning procedure. It was a more difficult task due to the missed appointments because of Covid-19.

Dr. O’Malley is the best I have ever had to clean out my ears. I need this done each year and I’m so glad I found him 3 years ago. My only negative comment was the over 2 hr wait time. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10 am appointment and didn’t leave until 12:15. My time is valuable also. Thank you.

My daughter has to get tubes in her ears when she was just 1 year old. Every office visit has been pleasant and her surgery went well and we were well informed the entire time.
