My wife and I drove up from Holden Beach to see this particular doctor. We both have hand problems and I have a shoulder problem as well. Doctor Luchetti listened to both of us patiently, ordered X-rays which were done in 5 minutes and then throughly discussed our diagnoses and made recommendations. One option was injections which we elected to undergo. My shoulder injection required fluoroscopic guidance. These procedures were done on the spot without return visits. I tell you this because Doctor Luchetti’s staff scheduled our appointments last week. We drove up because we appreciate this doctor and because an Orthopaedics appointment down on the Coast was 4 weeks out and if injections were recommended, it was another 3 weeks to schedule injections and another appointment. We have been going to this practice for many years before we retired from Cary to the beach. Dr Schricker of the practice retired and Dr Luchetti took over our care. The drive up and back today was worth it.

He takes excellent care of his patients. Quite a nice bed side manner. Every time I have had saturation with the treatment. Thank you

It was my first visit to a hand surgeon and I was thinking I would be needing surgery soon. Dr. Luchetti wanted to try some other things first and if I responded well I may not need the surgery for a while or may not need it at all. I really like his approach.
