He's obviously very well educated and I'm sure he's a fine surgeon, but his manner with people can use some work. Very off-putting as though I were somehow beneath him. I won't go into details because he doesn't need to know who I am, but I will be requesting a different doctor at my follow-up appointment.

I was traveling to the beach, hurt my shoulder, returned to Raleigh on Sunday and called Hand to Shoulder Office. Dr. Luchetti answered the phone and saw me Monday morning at 8:30. It doesn’t get any better!

I’ve been seeing Dr Luchetti for a few years now for a wide range of upper extremity issues including injuries. He is kind, empathetic, listens, and takes a patient-centric approach, and is willing to think out of the box when the course changes. Highly highly recommend!!!
