Dr Timothy Louie is the Greatest!! But the man who makes appointments is incredible rude, uncaring, and actually said he is more important than any of Dr. Louiie’s patients. I told him I had been with Dr. Louie for 15 year and he said, he didn’t care, I was a new patient had had to wait 2 weeks to see him even if my pain management doctor thought my brain tumor came back. I. Was in incredible pain and he didn’t care at all.
