He is very thorough. The office could use a Spanish CHECK IN STATION. I watch the family in front of me Taking pictures and translating each Picture to Spanish. They decided they Could use some help. A person helped and we began moving the line. That twenty minutes put me several people behind in the queue which translating into more time waiting.

Dr Frerichs was very good at explaining my foot fracture. He has referred me to a specialist in his group which was impressive. The lack of privacy in the exam room was very surprising.

He listened to my problem. He asked me some questions, felt my shoulder, and asked if he wanted me for him to check for a tear. I replied no said i just wanted the shot. He marked the spot for the nurse to give me the injection. I was very pleased with how everything went. Dr. Frerichs is an excellent Doctor is very easy to talk to.

He was fine. There was nothing we didn’t know about what he said this time. He seems to be genuine, but he could have apologized for a loooong wait and said goodbye/nice meeting with you, etc, before disappearing.

The parking was nuts. The lobby crowded. The wait. Good people, but come on man, don’t overbook! Got what I needed but please wear a mask and wash your hands. Lots of people together in a small waiting room.

In 47 years I got My first broken bone! Dr Frerichs made everything very understandable, explained the x rays, made it very clear what was going on. I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr to handle this. Although I’m not happy about having a broken bone, I AM happy that he’s the one fixing it for me!!!!

You can not see your patients in a timely manner. I got up and left your office at 3.20. My appointment was at 2.00 I got to your office at 2pm. My time is valuable to me. I had to leave because I had other people waiting on me.

I thought my first visit to Dr Frerichs would be more of a consultation on the different treatments for my knee pains. Instead it was X-rays and steroid shots in both knees and a prescription for an anti inflammatory. I was really impressed with his listening skills, kindness, and immediate action to my knee issues.

He is so knowledgeable & very careful to do everything to make sure I would be fine.

Didn't see me as patient and put me off on the of ortho doctor there and I was never seen when I told I would be. Very unprofessional.

He seemed a bit hurried, though he was very competent. I would have liked to see my X-rays, but didn’t ask because I felt it would be an imposition. The office was running an hour behind schedule, so that probably explains it. He was friendly and had an easy, approachable manner. (He needs a new photo for this survey!?? )

Barely spent hardly any time in the room. Did not answer any questions , left the room to prepare an injection and never even returned. Will be finding a better provider for future injuries.

Good visit overall . A 1 hour and 45 minute wait to go back to see Dr .... , worst part of that for me is having to listen to all the other patients in waiting room voice their frustrations about having to wait that long . Not such huge deal for me .. sometimes in life regardless of Dr. or group you are just gonna have to wait to see the Dr .

Everything was fine but he always seems a bit rushed. The office is like an assembly line. After care instructions not very clear. Did not get to speak to doctor after surgery.

Be on time. Hard to be the first patient of the day and take 30 minuets to be called back.
