Charleston native, Dr. Timothy Bryan, is happy to return to his hometown. He attended medical school at the University of South Carolina and continued his training during orthopedic residency in Buffalo, NY. He completed his spine fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis caring for both pediatric and adult patients with spinal disorders.
Dr. Bryan resides with his wife and four children in the Mt. Pleasant area. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and kayaking.

“Doesn’t understand why I’m being seen when nothing he sees on my scans is wrong” so he sends a PA in to see me. Who was extremely rude when I recapped everything that had happened including new diagnosis’s since my last visit.

Highly highly recommend Dr Bryan. He took so much time to talk me through my situation and surgery options. Six weeks later I feel like a new person. I have no regrets - except that I wish I had gone to see him sooner.

It’s really not appropriate to leave a rating for a doctor. I didn’t see. The PA Amanda was absolutely wonderful, but I don’t like leaving a rating for Dr. Brian when it wasn’t him.
I was impressed with this physician's professionalism and breadth of knowledge. We throughly discussed findings, current symptoms and a game plan for treatment.
Very thorough, caring and straightforward. Very calm and professional demeanor.
