Charleston native, Dr. Timothy Bryan, is happy to return to his hometown. He attended medical school at the University of South Carolina and continued his training during orthopedic residency in Buffalo, NY. He completed his spine fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis caring for both pediatric and adult patients with spinal disorders.
Dr. Bryan resides with his wife and four children in the Mt. Pleasant area. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and kayaking.

Everyone was very kind as usual. Yesterday was my first time having Xray, before speaking to doctor or pa and I was anxious. Would like to know before.
Dr. Bryan is always very professional and caring. He will move mountains if he needs to. His nurse Debra is the greatest nurse ever. The whole staff is professional. Would recommend all of them.
