You need more front desk receptionist at the WEST OFFICE. Check in took way too long and the wait to make another appointment was ridiculous. Had to go to back of the check in line to make next appointment. Need a separate person to schedule next appointment.

Dr. Richardson has done a very good job of taking care of my prostate cancer return. He was able to get my chemo drugs (which would cost over $14k a month) My only complaint is that he is so busy, he can't seem to spend much time with me during my visits.
