We enjoyed meeting Dr. Richardson, and appreciated his command of details related to my health situation, his knowledge about standard of care treatment options, and the way he communicated about them.

It was my first visit and it was a good experience . Dr was very personable and very informative as was his staff. I’m really happy that Dr Lauer suggested I see Dr Richardson.

His PA came in arrogant and immediately started going my CT report. I tried to tell him Dr. Neuburger, my surgeon had already done that with me and I was just there for a consult with Dr. Richardson, in reference to a hernia and had an enlarged testicle and lower right quadrant and want to see if Dr. Richardson, agreed with his diagnosis.
He kept talking over me and he said I overwhelmed him with information on never giving him any information. His information was in the CT report and he was talking down to me and I told him about it. So maybe I better leave so then maybe you better. I tried to tell Dr. Richardson, and he just laughed when I told him there’s no way that office visit with a PA should be billed. I will not see that PA again only Dr. Richardson.
