Dr. Chappell’s research at the Medical School has been published in numerous professional journals and he has been an invited lecturer for prestigious organizations such as the American Thoracic Society, the American Federation of Clinical Research, the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association.
Dr. Chappell established his practice in Plano in 1985. He has been the Medical Director of Respiratory Care at Collin College since 1990 and a member of the Texas Medical Board since 2016.
