From the minute, I walked in the door the reception desk staff was very courteous and prompt and processing my appointment. I saw the doctor and he was able to address all my concerns. Overall, very pleased with the entire process.

Doctor Bothwell is a good doctor, however, something is wrong. It took over 14 days to get my prescription refilled. Each person we talked to blamed it on the doctor. Over 14 days is unacceptable to get a prescription refilled.
