He has served as a principal investigator for more than eight medical device research trials, authored over 12 book chapters, and published 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals on structural heart disease.
Dr. Pasala's clinical acumen extends to complex coronary artery interventions (stents) specializing in trans-radial catheterization, and peripheral arterial interventions, reflecting a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular care.
His educational journey includes cardiology fellowship at Case Western University/MetroHealth, followed by Interventional Cardiology fellowship at University of Utah. He additionally completed a two-year dedicated Structural Heart Disease Fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center, NJ – one of the few in the country to do so. Prior to moving to Orlando, he worked as an interventional and structural cardiologist at Hackensack University Medical Center and served as a Program Director of Structural Heart Disease Fellowship Program, where he trained 10 fellows.
