My EMG appt with Dr. Tsay went great. My experiences with doctors have always made me feel like another number. I always feel like with every doctor, it's a one-sided conversation. No one listens...they just wait to talk.
With Dr. Tsay, she made me feel like a human being just with the way she spoke to me and explained things. Even when I spoke, I didn't feel like I was being ignored or rushed.
I don't know. For me, it's the little things that go a long way. I understand doctors see a lot of patients just like mechanics see a bunch of automobiles. But the difference is...we're human beings. But I also get that we can all be desensitized from time to time in our field of work.
But it was a breath of fresh air to work with Dr. Tsay :) Hopefully I'll never need an EMG test done but if I do, I'll choose Dr. Tsay.
