Exceptional at her job -
Talked me through an issue and came to a resolve. The twicemrd session about 30 min late and 45 min after speaking with nurse. I was unfamiliar with the system and could not determine if I was actually still online. I made a call to the office to verify that doc was still there.
Dr. Kilbas is a very good doctor in so many ways. Always very kind, talks to you one on one like you’re someone she knows. Very knowledgeable, very willing to listen to questions and provides answers always in a way that you can understand.
