He currently has teaching responsibilities at Roger Williams Medical Center in the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He was a recipient of the "Teaching Attending of the Year" at Roger Williams Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Lanna is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and a member of the Rhode Island Medical Society.
