Thankful for the opportunity to be able to visit with Dr.Tkach. Looking forward to having him be the surgeon to operate on my knees. Impressed that he is the best surgeon for me. Great respect gained for him in our consultation.

Waited over an hour for my original start appointment time even though I arrived 15 minutes early. Did not feel heard. I felt like he rushed me through the appointment without giving me enough time to ask all of my questions. He didn’t explain any of my diagnosis to me. He generally had an overall apathetic And standoffish attitude and pushed back when I told him that I could not take certain medications due to other conditions. I asked for home care instructions and I was not given any. I’d waited weeks in pain for this appointment and left with it felt like less information than when I arrived. I felt like I was a number to add to his paycheck. It was just a complete joke. If my insurance will allow for a second opinion then I won’t be returning to McBride.
