He made me feel very comfortable and took time to understand me and my profession and the need for hearing aids.

Once more I felt treated as if my health concerns (Tinayus) issue and head aches due to it were not relevant. Only treatment is psychological therapy that is not even offered in Sioux Falls or South Dakota, and or a mask hearing aids that are outrageously expensive and not covered by insurance. Dr. Tamura was friendly, however, his female assistant had anpoor attitude and behavior, not compassionate or empathetic at all. So I have to continue with my issues and no help can be provided unless I spend thousands of dollars. It ridiculous.

The doctor was not mentally present during the appointment. It was clear he wasn't concerned with the patients complaints and he simply wanted to get on to the next thing.
He was friendly, and genial, but it was an act.

I went in for a simple procedure. I've always experienced so much pain and discomfort with this procedure that I put it off a bit too long. I didn't feel anything. I was like, "That's it?" Even after ( the AMAZING) numbing spray, I honestly didn't feel the pain I usually do! I won't be so afraid the next time.
Thank you SO MUCH!!

I needed to stop him from leaving a couple of times to ask questions otherwise he would have been in there 5 minutes. This is annoying since it costs me 50.00 for an annual check up.
