Dr. Stang is an outstanding surgeon and healer. Not just technically and certainly medically competent but truly a caring good hearted man. I had a known devastating complication from a high risk re-do ORIF distal humerus fracture nonunion (radial palsy) but I know he will guide me to recovery. Thankfully the fracture (since October 24, 2024) is finally healing. That speaks to his experience and expertise.

I do want to tell you. Thank you for doing my surgery but I also want you to know how much I suffered that day before you did get to me and I wouldn't have suffered so bad if they would have just given me enough pain medicine to keep me from dying and begging. I know I begged all day because I was already on pain medicine for my back and I saw a pain management doctor myself and it takes a little more medicine to stop such pain as I had and one of your nurses told me that I was rude and it was one of the most horrifying experiences I've ever had. But I do appreciate the surgery and you getting to me and doing it. But no person should have to go through what I went through that day. It's like we were not even human and I was invisible as everybody was trying to turn off those who hurt and not listen. When do we stop being humans towards each other and have compassion and listen to the pain that was actually happening?

Management is PITIFUL! Dr Stang & actual medical staff are great! Patients are upset constantly with the EXTREME over booking. Your referrals are down due to management OVER BOOKING on the follow up appointments. You are causing professional burnout. How short sighted!
