Dr. Renz is an outstanding, professional and kind Dr. and Surgeon, the best. His office is professional, kind and quick. Dr. Renz replaced my left in February 2023 with relatively no pain after surgery and PT. Not to the extent I always heard the pain would be. I’m looking forward to Dr. Renz replacing my right knee in a month. I could not speak highly enough of Dr. Renz.

I saw Dr. Renz on Friday at the end of the day. I was upset by what I learned during the appointment. I know that Dr. Renz is a wonderful doctor because everyone I meet me so. But that was not my experience. It was upsetting to learn that Renee who I liked very much and properly diagnosed me and treated me accordingly. I felt rushed by Dr. Renz and very much concerned about what is wrong with my knee. It was not a good appointment and I gave three stars that I am not feeling that my experience was a three star one. I felt it was lacking in compassion. I am not just trying to be critical because by the end of the week, especially when were you are leaving for vacation anyone might be spent. So, we will see what happens after the MRI and I would trust him with my knees.

Dr Renz repaired my left meniscus years ago and he replaced both my knees in the last year. He is very professional and discussed my knee x-rays with me. My incisions look great being what they are.

My Consultation visit with Dr. Renz went exceptionally well. Dr Renz was very professional, polite, and friendl. He ordered x-rays taken of both my knees, and proceeded with an exam of both knees as well. Then he took as much time as I needed to explain the results of the x-rays and answer all my questions. The results were both knees were bone on bone so knee replacement would need to be done. I felt comfortable and secure in Dr Reese, and did not feel pressured at any time during the consultation to make a decision on the spot. Because of this I made the decision to choose Dr Renz and go ahead with preparations for surgery. I know I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Renz.

I was sent by another doctor with the advise not to go to my GP because He would just shoot me up with cortisone which is getting known to cause joint problems. Doctor never gave me a end game or gave me any other choices that are many that I found on the Web such as HA, stem cells, Synvisc 1 and 2, PCP,PRP etc. No one cared anything about my life or how I must be on my feet 6hrs a day 5 days a week and no one told me anything about therapy and just handed me a paper that I did not understand. I felt like your office was just a production line and I was very disappointed. I am not planning on getting a knee replacement and it seems that that is all you are heading for to make a buck. There is no holistic approach to the patient in your office and it seems that people are just like chickens on a production line that are going to the chopping block. Why was I not informed of choices and therapies other than cortisone? I feel cheated and angry

I find him very easy to talk to and he gives me options beside surgery. He did surgery on my left knee and is the only doctor I will let treat me.

Dr Thomas Renz is not only what I deem to be an excellent physician; he is also very kind, calming, in cases where he is giving you not fantastic news ( i.e. an injection into your joint!); he is also caring. He is a very good diagnostician. He seems to have been able to pick things up that the radiologist has missed. I truly hope that I don't have any more bone issues in my future, but if I do, it's good to know that I'm in a 'good place'!

Amazing doctor.

Dr. Renz has helped me enormously with returning to normal after knee replacement surgery preformed by another Orthopedic Group. He listened to my issues , took x-rays, wrote a prescription for a brace and after three weeks of wearing the brace I am feeling better then I have for years. My only regret is that I did not consult Dr. Renz earlier.

Dr Renz ‘s bedside manner is excellent & he explains things in a manner that is understandable. However the one thing I was unhappy with is Dr Renz used clorahexadine to prep my skin before surgery which I am very allergic to & it is well documented in my chart. As a result of him using it I broke out in an awful rash that had spread & was extremely uncomfortable. The rash was treated by my Family Dr. & since my surgery my skin is extremely inflamed & now infected at my incision site. I was provided with an oral antibiotic & hope it clears up without an issue. Otherwise Dr Renz is an excellent surgeon.

DR RENZ IS A WONDERFUL PERSON. HE IS CARING. HE REPLACED MY KNEE AND IS NOW TAKING CARE OF MY SHOULDER.

Saw Dr for about 18 seconds. Prior to him coming in, I saw a nurse, then a lady whose 'position' I was never told. Then x-rays, THEN the Dr. (Very good physician I believe) Then the lady whose position I don't know. Then home. No word on future visits. Had both knees replaced by Dr. Renz. 4 months ago. My left knee is better than I have had in years. I would not know I had knee replacement if I did not go thru it. The right knee is just a little touchy but definitely better. Dr. Renz said before surgery that I was riding an imaginary horse, I am no longer doing that and my legs are now straight and working very good. I would do double knee replacement if I had to choose the procedure.

Dr Renz did a total knee replacement for me three years ago. I have had issues with it and now we are working on how to correct the problem. Very nice personality and listens to all your concerns.
