My appointment was scheduled for Dr. Reinz, but somehow...his assistant comes in without asking me if that was ok, or any prior knowledge. Then the nurse, Kelly comes in, who is very unfriendly....I received a Cortisone shot, so I should have been offered an ice bag for the pain...but was not...I do believe this should have been the nurse Kelly's responsibility....so when I left and my knee was hurting ...then I realized that I should have gotten an ice pack....Came back in to ask for an ice pack Sharon, a desk worker was nice enough to go back and get them on the ball to get me one. ...Also, they didn't seem to know what was going on with my upcoming order for gel shots....I was extremely disappointed with this visit from start to finish. Thank goodness for his insight!
Thank you
Experienced, thorough, and very open and honest. Highly recommend.
Dr Renz is very professional and personable. I trust his guidance explicitly. He lets me be a part of the decision
Outstanding surgeon.
He explained everything and spent quite a bit of time with me. I highly recommend him. This will be my second hip replacement he has done.
He listens to you, very compassionate explains in detail what tests determine.
Efficient, decisive, diagnosed, on time. Thought it went well
He is the only doctor I have used for orthopedic issues . He is in my opinion the best surgeon. He tells you like it is and I like that . Wonderful doctor and genuine person!
