Dr. Thomas Renz received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed an internship in Langhorne, PA at Delaware Valley Medical Center, followed by a residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Renz also completed residencies in pediatric orthopedics at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati and orthopedic trauma at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. In 1993, after completing a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Dr. Renz joined Orthopedic Consultants, which became part of LOG in 2011.
Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Renz is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Medical Society, Lancaster Osteopathic Medical Society, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, and the Lancaster City & County Medical Society.

Dr.Renz is a calming voice when your mind is filled with anxiety and questions. He is calm and is able to either answer questions or refer that question to the right person or office. He respected me as a patient when I needed that from him and assisted me as a person healing and having better quality of life at the next level.
