Dr. Thomas Renz received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed an internship in Langhorne, PA at Delaware Valley Medical Center, followed by a residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Renz also completed residencies in pediatric orthopedics at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati and orthopedic trauma at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. In 1993, after completing a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Dr. Renz joined Orthopedic Consultants, which became part of LOG in 2011.
Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Renz is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Medical Society, Lancaster Osteopathic Medical Society, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, and the Lancaster City & County Medical Society.

I have been seeing Dr. Renz for many years I would recommend him to anybody who needs his service his bedside manner is the best and he explains things he's very personable and thank you.
He was informative, interested in my input. I am healing well and would not hesitate to refer him to any one who needs an orthopedic surgeon.
Dr renz explained everything he is going to do,I can't wait to get everything rolling,it was my best experience with a doctor
He told me in January that I needed to have hip replacement surgery but wanted to wait to see what the back doctor said about my other pain in my back. I went back to see dr Renz in April and now he is telling me I just have a stiff hip and go to pain management. I have a right labrum tear and I do need surgery. Can you help me find a good orthopedic surgeon to do my hip replacement surgery? Barry Wiggins
