I appreciate all Dr Renz does to provide me with the best care. When I call and leave a message he usually calls me back himself. He also has called to work me into his schedule and update me and my husband on test results and to see how I am doing in person. I know the recovery is long but I am looking forward to a full recovery.
Professional, kind and excellent surgeon. I could not be happier having him for my Doctor!
Pleasant professional service. Great outcome on 3 surgeries performed by Dr Renz.
Approachable, kind, tells me what is happening and explains why? What? Beautiful smile. Doesnt just talk, gets to the point.
Most attentive and explained things well
Great doctor
Dr. Renz carefully reviewed my MRI tests and thoroughly explained the results using pictures on his computer. He examined both of my knees, then went on to tell me what I needed for treatment. He is an excellent orthopedist!
Straight to the point answering all my questions decisive in recommendations.
Excellent doctor
Very professional but not aloof. Made sure I really comprehended the workings of my current artificial knee and how the next surgery would improve my situation. Shared an excellent visual of what’s to come with next surgery and recovery. My husband and I were really impressed with his knowledge, his ability to find a successful level on which to talk with us and offered us time for thoughts or questions we might still have. Very gentle and kind. I feel good about our next meetings and surgery.
