Very professional but not aloof. Made sure I really comprehended the workings of my current artificial knee and how the next surgery would improve my situation. Shared an excellent visual of what’s to come with next surgery and recovery. My husband and I were really impressed with his knowledge, his ability to find a successful level on which to talk with us and offered us time for thoughts or questions we might still have. Very gentle and kind. I feel good about our next meetings and surgery.
Great communicator
Always focused on the patient and LISTENS!!!!! Wonderful man and doctor. I get a shot in my hip and he ALWAYS gets it to the right spot!!!
Awesome doctor
Dr. Renz was great. He was very thorough and direct with my diagnosis. My partial knee replacement surgery went extremely well and my recovery was exceptional. 5 weeks and I'm pain free and walking great. Best decision I ever made was to see Dr. Renz and proceed with surgery.
good dotor
Very thorough and kind
I very much appreciated the time Travis took to talk to me. He explained things very well. Valuable asset to the practice. And Dr. Renz is great too.
Exceptional care
Aside from a one hour wait he was excellent and very thorough. He even got back to me through the portal very fast and not through someone else like most doctors do. The ten minute appointment situation is unrealistic and unfair to patients who arrange schedules, driving etc only to be kept waiting and late for other appointments.
