Dr. Pollard is knowledgeable, listens and takes time to truly understand what information you are communicating to him. Sometimes trying to explain your systems or how your feeling is difficult to describe. But he understands . He never rushed you. Extremely happy to finally have answers after 3 different pulmonologists. I highly recommend him.

Always so kind, patient and reassuring. Even when things seem to be going wrong with me he gives me calmness and confidence that everything will get better and then he provides what I need. Not sure if it’s his medicine or just his quiet strength and belief in my abilities to heal that does the trick.

The best ! Dr Pollard is an exceptional communicator, always listening to me his patient. He asks if I have any more questions, reviews my meds, health condition. His recommendations are always spot on for me.
