I came to Dr. Pollard hoping to get a sleep study. After several visits, I asked if I could get a sleep study. He said that is not your problem. Sleep apnea is not causing your shortness of breath but if you want one, we’ll do it. So I had a sleep study and had to wait 18 days to get the results. And then after a five minute meeting, he said you have sleep apnea and that will solve your problems.
We sent the prescription to Apria
Apria has the worst customer service ratings of all CPAP suppliers
Twice I called Dr. Pollard’s assistant because a cough syrup prescription had been called into CVS. My call was never returned.

Tells in doctor-speak what tests showed, then clearly translates into layman-speak and always gives me a print out of results. Really thorough!
