My last treatment was a problem for me but it wasn’t Dr Hulls procedure- it was the nurse who didn’t handle the drops in my eyes or the rinsing of my eye as it’s usually handled. I left in pain which never happened in 5 previous treatments and mucus was left in my eye which stuck closed when I slept.

He’s so busy, he never really examined me. Usually his nurse or tech preps me and he comes in for my injections while my eyes are still closed. There’s little to no conversation with him. That has changed tremendously since joining this new practice. He used to make time for patients and listen to them and explain their conditions and treatment. Now, he walks in and out with barely a hello. I miss the old not as rushed Dr Hull. He’s still kind but, it’s like your on an assembly line there.
