Everything was okay as always however the first technician I saw was rather abrupt/rude. I’m sure she was having a bad day/time but it was quite obvious and made me feel like I was a bother to her. To the point I had asked her about the chair because it was uncomfortable and I felt like I was sliding south in it. Here the foot stand was not down. I just thought the chair was maybe broken. Then she left for 5 minutes and I was really expecting someone else to walk in to take her place.
