I bring my dad for injections every four weeks. His maneuverability is poor with a walker. I worry about him falling tripping. They took him in out of the back room three times returned him to the main waiting room. He needs to travel less while inside your building. we were there for over two hours. This is not the Norm. We’ve been coming there for a very long time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The doctor himself was very attentive to dad‘s needs and unaware of what was happening in the waiting area.
