The most unprofessional doctors appointment I’ve had after booking an appointment three months in advance. The appointment was confirmed three days in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited 45 minutes in a cold waiting room, then called in the appointment room sitting for 10 minutes, only to be told that they were out of disport for my cosmetic procedure. This is completely negligent and disrespectful that I wasn’t not notified prior and wasting my precious time in this office. I was lied to by two different people then left the room. The doctor was standing outside the door and didn’t seem bothered by the situation this was very sad to see this office has lost my business for good.
