Dr Montgomery is wonderful and a great surgeon if you’re considering having your knee replaced, however dealing with his NP, Angela is a whole other story! She is the rudest, most power hungry person I have ever met! She doesn’t have a clue of how to talk to his patients showing all kinds of disrespect! For that reason alone another doctor in LOS will do my knee surgery when it’s time. If I ever see that woman again it will be MUCH too soon!

Dr. Montgomery looked at the initial c-rays and made a recommendation for the next step in deciding what we need to do to solve my problem. Quick and easy meeting and I trust what he comes up with.

Referred by Home Health LPN & physical therapist visit due to painful knee of bone on bone.. Prior to visit called to inquire need for wheelchair & assistance due to Uber like ride. Staff demeanor immediately erupted prior to XRAY. staff stiff remarks “why he left”? A Chart nurse proceeded via med information & stiff disposition by another. LPN arrived & unbelievable Questions & rudeness, LPN ask when & how did my situation become an issue. Explained I’m home bound, medical team weekly & starting within days full medical part time staff to assist my fibromyalgia, cronic pain assistance due to weakness, bone on bone knee pain. Dr. Thomas entered, I arose a partial, shook his hand & introduced myself. My home nurse said his demeanor was far from kind & I’m sure it trickled to staff. Dr. Ask in a fussy tone, “why are you here etc? Left LOS in utter disbelief & had to view my shock on the visor. Disabled senior too upset to cry.

Extremely dismissive. Admitted he didn’t have much experience with my condition, but did not care to send me to someone who did. Basically told me in a condescending manner I should know better than him because I have healthcare experience (very little, which I never once mentioned). I’ve been to a lot of ortho appointments due to my condition and this was by far the worst one. Gave LOS a try because I’ve heard good things and they were able to get me in quickly, but I would not recommend Dr. Montgomery.

Dr Montgomery’s office squeezed me for an appointment with notice of referral from my primary care physician the day before. The office took X-rays, with Dr Montgomery reading the X-rays immediately, since the lump was behind the knee Dr Montgomery did a total knee replacement 11 years ago. The confidence and trust with Dr Montgomery is deserving. Dr Montgomery did both total knee replacements in 2010, 2011 without me having any pain or problem since. Dr Montgomery also repaired my left fractured knee in 2020 without any problems! He does excellent work! Thanks fir fixing my problems!
