Having been the FIRST fellowship trained cosmetic surgeon in the upstate under three of the world’s leading cosmetic surgeons, Dr. McFadden’s techniques are the most modern and innovative available. He has authored numerous publications in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery and has been an invited guest speaker to speak on his techniques on numerous occasions.
Dr. McFadden is a proud graduate of Clemson University and obtained his medical education from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He performed his General Surgery training at East Carolina University and his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at one of the nation’s finest programs at the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to re-entering training as a plastic surgeon, Dr. McFadden proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years as a General Surgeon. He most recently graduated with his Masters of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Clemson in August 2016. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is now serving as a member of the board of trustees on Southeastern Society for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons.

He enjoys all sports, especially Clemson sporting events, plays tennis, golf, runs and cycles. He has two wonderful children, Caroline and Thomas, of whom he is very proud. They look forward to building their practice to better serve metro Greenville and the surrounding community.
