Dr. Thomas Kason, M.D., received his medical degree from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine.
After medical school, Dr. Kason completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Kason then completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Rush University Medical Center.
Dr. Kason is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. He has additional training in Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Coronary CT Angiography.
Always an excellent experience. He’s to the point and has always been prompt with the appointment time.
Dr. Kason has been my Cardiologist since 2019 I believe. He is very thorough and always has a plan that is tailored for my success in managing any cardiovascular concerns. Dr takes the time to listen to my concerns and any questions. That said he takes special care in getting to know my complete history and tailoring my medical plan. I value his medical expertise and patient compassion. Dr as well as the Staff at Heart Care Centers of IL gets high marks from me and I would highly recommend him to all.
