I went in the office for a problem I was having with floaters and flashes, and he took the time to thoroughly exam my eye. He found two retinal tears and took the time to laser them closed. I never expected to have the whole procedure done in one day and I truly appreciate all his time he put towards my circumstance. I bet he would do it for anybody, though. He seems like a real genuinely good doctor that cares for his patients.

Great doctor. He has done everything possible to stop the wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in my right eye and prevent the same in my left eye. At my appt. today I was sitting in the waiting room and two female employees were conducting a loud conversation not aware that I was there. It went on for five minutes and they were detailing personal information about other employees. At one point it was said that the Akron office "sucks" because it is too busy with no time to relax. VERY non professional and I was alarmed that it was going on. But, again Dr. Tsai is the best. I hope this information is taken in the context that it is intended. Thank you.
