A native of Portage County, he returned to northeast Ohio to establish his private practice in 1984. Very knowledgeable and skilled Dr. I trust him completely with my eyes. Gentle and makes sure you don't feel any pain with eye injections.

Dr Tsai, looks after my eyes as if they were his. He tries to make me aware of what he is doing and why. When he gives me shots in my eyes I hardly feel anything, he is great at that. I would recommend him to everyone.
