Dr. Thomas J. Tsai, M.D. completed his fellowship subspecialty training in vitreoretinal disorders at Harvard ‘s Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. A native of Portage County, he returned to northeast Ohio to establish his private practice in 1984.
