Dr. Tsai has been absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better retina doctor for my mother. He has always been so caring, compassionate, patient, and thorough, making my mom feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. We are so grateful to have had him as my mom’s doctor and we will miss him when he retires.
