Dr Using did not tell me what I wanted to hear. But I guess things happen when you get old. The visit started out with me arguing and questioning Dr Hsing's motives. As we get old, we are always looking for the magic pill to make us feel better. By the end of our consult Dr Hsing did a outstanding job of calming me down, and explaining in depth what was happening. He is okay in my book.

Dr Hsing completed my hip replacement surgery recently and is very detailed oriented, has a good bedside manner, and will tell you the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure that will be completed, and cares about his patients.

Dr. Hsing is easy to talk with. He is a great listener. He engages you by asking questions to find out what is wrong and listens to your comments. In the end he takes the time to review his findings and his recommendations to move forward.

Very personable. Explained things clearly. This was a first visit with Dr. Hsing but he will be my go to doctor for my next knee surgery.

Nothing has changed in ortho in 25yrs. Desperation made me finally go back after this long only to be met with stretching and excercise as a solution. That could have been an email. I'm still in pain, haven't slept in a month and now out of hope and deflated. Not the doctors fault.
