Dr. Higgins is absolutely genuine and after having Covid in 2020 I saw several doctors in fix my issues. I got no resolutions or peace until Dr. Higgins did surgery and fixed my issues. I love him and his entire staff.

Only negative thing was waiting too long to see the Dr. waited over an hour to be seen. But I love Dr Higgins so he is worth the wait.

He obtained a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) and Masters of Science of Public Health (MSPH) from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and School of Public Health and Information Sciences. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology at an Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and his Rhinology Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution.
He pursued an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Dr. Higgins co-founded and serves as the President and Chairman of the Board of ENT Care Centers, PLLC, the corporate entity of Kentuckiana ENT, Community ENT, Louisville Family ENT, and ENT Associates.
